I was wondering are you a beach body coach or just someone with great knowledge of this program.... I belong to a coach's forum already but don't agree with them pushing the beachbody products at you.... I am looking for help from someone who isn't biased.... thanks and I look forward to starting p90x when I get mine in

welcome aboard glen. I agree i checked out some of these P90x coaches and they do try to punt all the beachbody supplements and stuff and it is very pricey comperd to what you can get yourself if your willing to shop around. The beachbody stuff is'nt availble to me here in the uk and to ship it in would cost too much and i can get stuff cheaper if not better quality here. IMO this is a great forum in the making but its still early days and will take folk like us to make it what it can be,its not biased(which is always good),its got a good spirit and it will be full of useful advice given time from the ever growing P90x comunity. You never know we could be giving help to newbies like us in 90 days.So stick around,Hippie is sound and will try to always help as we all are no matter how small. Good luck in your P90X journey m8.
peace

Welcome Glen,
No I'm not, for the very reasons stated. It is a great program but I'm nobody's pimp. I will help you find out what works best for you and on a budget you can afford.
Here is the 2 best tips I can give you that they don't want you to know, chocolate milk is a great recovery drink and with the exception of protein and creatine you can get enought of everything else you need from real food!
Glad to have you on board..
Greg

Thanks for the welcome.... I am waiting for my program to come in but I have it ordered and look forward to getting going... I REALLY appreciate finding a board with people like me that are doing this for health reasons and are not financially motivated to sell me things I don't need.

I have come across a few forms that have been helpful to me so I thought I would attempt to share them... the following is an excel document to help you track your training.... spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AgVcZgesnrWEdFpyaFFUNEw1Si14aGdKS1JfaTBfclE&hl=enit doesn't seem to translate well into regular excel but if you create a google acct you can click file... make a copy and then you'll have a copy that you can edit and use to follow your training
