Monday, Leg Day.. Today would probably have been a bit better if I hadnt done the TSC test on Saturday wich included a 3 mile run..yes 15,840 feet! anyway.... The leg routine is very good, I'm using alot more weight then I did in P90X so am expecting some good muscle growth over the next few weeks. ;D

Tuesday....Cardio I have a choice... Run, Ride or Row. I have chosen to run as it is part of the test, the run is broken up into intensity levels over 20 minutes, Following that breakdown I ran 2.25 miles. Doing that twice a week should put me in good position for the 3 mile run each saturday.

Thanks and Sorry!
I have reached 217 points in the challenge, goal being 300 points. The run time is improving I'm at 22 minutes in the 3 mile, but my best improvent is in push ups, worst in pull ups...on the pace right now I should finish between 285 and 300 points.
I have gained size in arms up 1/4 and real good in my legs just over 1/2 inch.
My weight has stabilized for the first time sence I started P90X, I have lost weight every week even as I have increased my calories, staying close to a 55/25/20 split the last 14 days I have stayed at 153 dead on. I'm uping calories again this week, once the weight comes on the muscle size will grow as well. If I can get to 160 on this round of TSC and 165 to 170 with a second round I will be a happy old man, lol.

Well guys, I'm appraoching day 180...180!. The first 135 days were straight P90X, the last 50ish a hybrid. I'm running about 21:40 in the 5k and am much stronger in the legs then I have been in a long time. I'm hitting 45 non stop push-ups and 14 pull-ups(15 and 1 when I started) so I'm pretty happy with my results. My goal by summer is to break 21 minutes in the 5k and 50/20 push-ups/pull-ups. Not bad for a old man I guess. See it, then see yourself do it, then DO IT!
;D
