Today was Chest, shoulders and Tri's.... what a workout... I took my jacked this am about 10 mins before I started working out and it really gave me a boost when it kicked in..... I will admit I was a bit "lazy feeling" when I woke up but I love how I feel after my workouts

Yea, some days ya think its ok to just skip one workout, then you push through it and man do you feel good on the other side.

Plyo today... I actually did jump knee tucks and rockstars... WOOHOOO.... Feeling great and I will NOT skip any exercises cuz that will set me up for complete failure.... I also weighed myself today and I have lost 15lbs since starting... Will take 30 day pics tonight and attempt to post 1's and 30's

Plyo is STILL kicking my @ss but I will say that I am doing a few more jump knee tucks and a few more rockstars each week.... THAT'S motivating...
