I'm glad plyo is done for 2 weeks LOL... This is still not my fav workout but it def makes you sweat.... Getting ready for more snow today... calling for 10 to 18 inches I'm hoping they are wrong

Ok... I haven't been on in a few days but I have kept up with my routines... I spent the last two days stuck at home... dang snow.... Think I'm starting to "bonk" cuz I don't seem to have the energy to get through the routines the last 2 days but since this is the end of week 3 I am gonna try to stick it out one more week....

Today was Week 4 Day 1 and I feel great.... yesterday was my daughters birthday (party) and I admit I had a SLIVER of her red velvet cake but I had fat free vanilla frozen yogurt so I could be as healthy as possible and only about a 1/4 cup of that... My family could all tell that I had lost weight so that was a bit of motivation to keep going...

awsome glen! I am on week 3(really week 4 but i extended the phase) day 4....people ask me daily what im doing to loose weight and say i look awesome plus my freaking shirts are getting baggy(but i wont complain about that)

Man this week is FLYING by... already done with Kenpo today... I feel great... Tomorrow is stretch x I did this once on a sunday and decided Sundays would be for REST instead LOL so I know what's going on already...

Core is done for the 2nd time this week all I have left is yoga tomorrow and week 4 is DONE... I feel better this week than last so I am gonna extend the fat shredder for another week or so... i think I will buy jack3d this weekend to help me push it the extra bit

Kool, you are on a roll! Jacked is a good product. Use it on lifting days and with plyo...don't over use it!
