First day....I didn't think I was THAT weak (Greg says WAIT 'till tomorrow!!).... ..the diet is somewhat tough to figure out, but with Greg's help it's getting dialed in. I'm also doing this with my youngest daughter (she's 14 and I'm 47)...so it takes twice the figuring. Never had I ever even looked at the "nutritional facts" marked on anything I ate or cared about it, so this is all a new experience for us. But my daughter stuck with the workout this morning...at 5 am even, so it's a great start, even though she did get frustrated quite a few times BUT didn't quit... Still sore, but feels good Twisted

Sweet! Way to bring it! It takes a little bit to dial in on the prpoer nutrition but will keep at it till we get it right. Very proud of your daughter fir sticking with it only 89 more to go, lol!
Keep pushing play!
;D
Greg
ps. don't know if you are interested but I have a exercise bike and a treadmill to get rid of cheap if you are interested in either one or both.

88 days to go now, the second dvd wasn't as hard (compared to the first one) as I thought it would be (did work up a real good sweat though)...all those years of city league basketball had my lower body fairly in shape. My daughter did struggle with it though BUT didn't quit. My upper body is weak and sore still but feels good. The first hardest thing is waking up at 5 am. I'm enjoying the workouts, it's been a while , long while, since I've done any training..... Twisted

Congrats on making it through 2 days..... I can agree with the 5 am wake ups... Some days I REALLY don't want to do it but I force myself to do it and feel great the rest of the day

The only thing hard for me about early is actually getting out bed, once I'm up, I'm up and awake.....hey I always thought Yoga was easy, never tried it before this morning...man it's really hard, for me anyway.......talk about wobbly and falling over. I have a NEW respect for something I never really knew about. Actually thought it was a girl type thing .....

day five DONE....feels good (OUCH)....abit of a challenge at times dealing with my daughter, but it's all good. The diet is still a work in progress, but I've quit all my usual lunches (drive-thru) and being a single dad with 3 teenagers + grandkid we didn't do any cooking, either frozen or take-out/delivery food. But not this week or from here on out. Big changes for us,but going in the right direction .......baby steps...............

Congrats on making the changes necessary in your life to get it under control.... I'm a single dad of 3 kids too and I know what kind of constraints that puts on your time....
