week two ending....we're going to use week one for a warm up, still doing modified pull-ups and knee push-ups and getting 20 minutes in on the exercise bike daily....went from 216lbs to209lbs so progress is happening, discovering turkey sausage, burgers and bacon which are all pretty tasty, keeping on the "diet" is easier than expected.....feeling a little stronger here and there but still fairly weak here and there....keep on truckin'.................

Woot Woot! The fat is coming off! Great Jop TP! Turkey burgers good, be careful on the sausage and bacon, they add a ton of salt to make it taste more like real bacon. You can usualy find a reduced fat regular bacon that is better for you then normal bacon yet not loaded with salt like the turkey bacon. If you can't find reduced fat stick with the turkey...

thanks.....as much as I really don't like doing this, I really am starting to feel pretty good afterward....both mentally (knowing that I've accomplished something) and physically (more energy)....still struggling through most of the workouts tho...especially upper body, man I'm a lot weaker than I had thought, but getting a little stronger, a little anyway.............

I'm plugging away at it...weighed myself this morning after the workout...206lbs (with same shoes and shorts/shirt) 202lbs in birthday suit ... wow...seems to working....it's been a GOOD 20 some years since I've been under 200lbs...mainly 215-225lbs depending on the season and fairly "soft" everywhere, I can feel some muscle groups starting to "harden up" up a little....still somewhat "mushy" here and there........

Great job man - I feel it's tough the first couple of weeks and then, for me, it got to the point where I really enjoyed it. Hope that happens for you too. Changing the diet still sucked though! LMAO Some cravings just don't seem to go away. Good luck and keep at it!! ;D

Week three coming to an end....finally starting to get used to the program...even kinda looking forward to the workouts each morning..not that I can keep up by any means on some, but I can definitely feel the difference that it's making....lost a solid 10lbs so far and gaining strength .....looking forward to see some visible results................
