Sweet, sounds like the weight is still coming off. Currently I'm at 154 lbs 11% BF. Will be taking some pics and video over the weekend as it is my mini tir.....Hope to have a new vid up in about a week.

Month 2 has begun and today's max circuit was a BEAST... there is no more "easy" speed... it's 50% 75% and 100%.... I burned 730 calories in 60 mins this morning...

Ok... Month 1 workouts were manageable.... Month 2? They are INSANE.... These are by far the most demanding cardio workouts I have ever seen... Today's max cardio circuit kicked me in the teeth....

LOL I think I'll be ok.... Today was a repeat of Monday... I burned 760 calories today... Tomorrow is Max plyo again, GOD help me LOL

Been a while since I posted... last week I only fit in 2 workouts.... I am not sure what my exact problem was, just an off week.... I missed Monday but I got back on it last night and this morning, I'm going to extend my program a week to make up for last week, My new "ending" date is 10/17 but we all know it's not a true end date but rather a milestone date

I had a off week a couple weeks back, I had made some adjustments to my diet that took the spring outta my step, lol. Feeling good again and getting back after it. Good to see you are nearing the end of your first round of insanity...pictures, pictures!!!
