Did my first Crossfit Class at Crossfit Asylum in Bosie, HOLY CRAP!
It lasted 10:38 seconds and I can hardly move....
WOW is all I can say.
The work out was named "FRAN"
3 sets
Rep count of 21-15-9
Push Press and Pullups..
In laymans terms a push press would be like squating with tha bar and weight infront of you then standing and lifting the weight up to a military type press above your head in one motion...technique is very important and I struggled with that. Then repeat it for a count of 21 as quickley as you can.
Then without a break move to 21 pull-ups...you can stop and rest but can't move on till all 21 are complete, you are going against the clock so resting hurts you...
Then back to the push press for a count of 15...then pull-ups for 15
Then repeat again at the count of 9....
WOW!
I came in last place but was also the oldest by close to 20 years..my time 10:38!
Legs core and upper body spent in less then 12 minutes! Cardio nailed! What a workout!

Well I just got back from Atlanta, GA. I went out to try and pass a cert. course for Crossfit...it was a bitch but I did it! I am offically a Certified Level 1 Trainer for Crossfit...WOOHOOO!
