OK today was Plyo.... that is one rough routine... I will admit I couldn't do as many of all the exercises or do some of them as well as they should have been done.... the guitar jumps I couldn't get my feet up for LOL but I'm sure that will come in time... I have my diet laid out for today and was spot on yesterday

I find it amusing that my kids are on track with me working and eating right now... my 12 (almost 13 yr old) asks me every time I'm about to take a bite of something if I'm allowed to have it LOL and my 11 year old asks me when he gets up in the morning whether or not I worked out yet.... They are a bit more motivation for me to keep going as I do not want them to think that its ok to give up on things

yeah motivation is the key, i got my P90X and the wife to be said that she would do the dvds with me and that helps alot as sometimes i cant be ass'd when i get in from work and she orders me to push play which is great ;D

That's why I work out in the mornings so that I can't find an excuse not too (other than I'm too tired to get up)....
Today was shoulders and bi's.... great work out... feel I really put it out there... did just about as many reps as they did on the video with the same or more resistance than the fella using the bands on the video... then was ab ripper... I did a few more reps than last time but still have a LONG way to go... I feel good today

Great! You are gonna reap the rewards. Ab-Rapper is a tough one, you'll get there.

I guess I don't get the question...? If your split is correct 30/50/20 you should be good on everything.....Sorry you might have to word the question a bit differently, my bad.
