Kenpo is done and my first week of the X is completed I feel great and can't wait to stretch tomorrow and start out a new week Oorah Stay Motivated

Way to go Glen! Your gonna own this program. Keeep your head in the game and as I say, "Watch out for falling pianos!" Meaning what happened to Jimmy or anything that could get in your way..look both ways before crossing the street, lift and move methodicaly, avoid streets with bars on them..ground zero for drunk divers, etc. Oh and look up from time to time just to make sure there really isn't a piano with your name on it!

Done with day 1 of week 2... I actually popped awake at 445 this morning so I feel like my body is getting used to my hours... I didn't do much more than I did last week but I feel like my quality was a little better than last week... Divebombers still suck.... I have a sharp pain in my lower ab so I didn't do a lot of the ab ripper... didn't want to REALLY rip my abs... I'll see how it feels Wed... figure I strained it at some point last week

Great job on waking up on time, I really dont get enough sleep(6 to 61/2 hrs. a night) but everyday the old eyes pop open on time with no alarm clock. Listen to what is said about getting out of bed... www.youtube.com/watch?v=SLvGHXaBheIYea take it easy on the abs, no need to risk getting hurt. It will come just be patient.

OK plyo the 2nd time around is still a pain... LOL... I did pretty good... maybe a bit better than last time but overall could tell I am getting in better shape... didn't throw up this time ROFL

I figure if I work out till I feel sick then that's just weakness leaving the body... or is that pain is weakness leaving the body... eh either way, I'm feeling better every day.....
Today was shoulders and arms.... I think I twinged my back yesterday... I am having trouble bending over without pain but really i think its just a tight muscle.... Didn't affect my workout, I need to buy the next set of bands, the green is not enough for my bi or shoulder workouts...

If you purged during the ab ripper at least it would have been another abdominal flex. Purging during plyo maens you worked your abs 2 days in a row.

Yoga X is done... was a little easier today not all the stretching moves.... I have yet figured out how to touch my hands behind my back while in twisted warrior or whatever...
