Legs and Back .... DONE!!!!.... Was a good workout... I ordered the next set of bands and hoping they come in by Wed so I can kick up the resistance on arms and shoulders next week.... I'm starting to see some weight loss too but holding strong to not weighing in until my 30 day mark so I don't get caught up in the scale

Glad to see your getting a strengh increase!
The scale isn't all bad if you can keep it to 1 time per week. Any adjustment to your diet should be made after a 3 week period of what your doing, its hard to know if what your doing is working if you don't check it from time to time. The best indicator is your clothing, if its getting lose you losing fat..fat I said not weight, thats the trick to the scale, you can lose fat yet gain weight so you have to becareful with reading to much into what the scale says. By volume muscle is heavier then fat so you might not lose the weight you think you should have but still be getting slimar.
Our #1 goal is to BURN FAT!
Your doing great! Keep pushing play!

greg...that is so true...loosing fat not weight...my scale hasnt changed a whole lot, however my clothes are fitting bitter and looser ...question for ya though...the first two times i did chest/back i rocked it..today however(start of week 3) i was whipped fast(i paced myself in first round)...ive tryed lowering carb intake as it was getting to high(it was good carbs howeveR)..could this be the reason?

YES! Keeping the carbs down is the goal for the first phase, HOWEVER, you have to have enough enery to get through the day and the workouts. If you are having trouble with energy bump the carbs a little say 25 to 50 grams and see if that does the trick, one easy way to do it is just about 30 minutes before you work out take 2 TBSP of honey OR eat 4 or 5 marshmellows. Either will give your about 120-130 calories mainly of simple carbs with no fat for a quick energy boost.
