I did cardio intervals today instead of yoga.... Was a good workout... I seem to have hit a plateau with the weight for now but I'm gonna keep pushing through and I'm sure I'll break it soon

Yea, trade out a few yoga workouts for cardio, also you can add 20/30 minutes of cardio a night on lifting days. Treadmill or bike, brisk walk around the neiborhood or jump rope would work fine.

I'm a bit too tall and uncoordinated for the jumping rope LOL

Kool, if you can gain one per week you'll be doing great! But don't force it let it happen.

Hey Guys, Wuz invited to hop on here for a bit by my Coach, Glen... hang out, CRUSH PLAY. Hope its ok. Did my first "DOUBLES" today. Feelin' great! I'm on Day 26 of my first round of P90X. Very intense indeed. I'm loving it very much. I decided I'm going to do 3 days a week of morning CardioX, and I have two decent mtn bike rides per week, and one Ultimate game, so I'm pretty much covered for insane five day a week Doubles, and two days with one workout. My Ultimate game (Wednesday) is my rest day. I was struggling with ARX and so I decided to keep track of my progress - now its a game of "can I beat the last workout" and the time flies by and I'm killing it!!! Cheers! Keith Attachments:

Excellent job with the ARX keith, make sure to up your calorie intake a bit to account for the extra calories burned with the doubles too, you don't want to end up over training....
I did Cardio X myself today instead of Kenpo, I burned 520 calories and have lots of stuff to do today to burn more...

Chest and Back today... I added reps to just about everything this week again... pushing myself a little harder each week... Tomorrow is plyo and oddly enough I actually look forward to it each week now

730 calories burned this am with my plyo.... I'm still not doing EVERYTHING 100%, those squat touches tend to hurt my back so I still modify them, last week I tried them and hurt for 3 days after...

I don't do the squat jacks, my left knee would cave in a sceond, so I just keep doing regular jacks at that point. Modifie and do the best you can, no extra credit for injury, lol.
