I did the super cardio 5 6 from the one on one yesterday... didn't care for it much... it's only about 25 mins of actual cardio work and NOW that's just not long enough for me.... Today I did Legs and Back and I did pretty good... used 20 lb dumbbells on all the calf and lunge workouts, think I'll try 25's next week and pushed myself to do max reps on the pull ups....

Great job, building your legs is the fastest way to add muslce mass.

Sat I did the one on one cardio intervals (disc 1 series 2) man that is a KILLER workout... I burned 570 calories in 40 mins... I do believe its my fav cardio workout for now... I still have masons choice to try out... CST and ARX yesterday... Did well.... I even did 8 full clap pushups.... Today was Plyo and of course i crushed it, I even kept up with dom on the jump knee tucks... What a difference from Jan to now LOL

I really think being a former Marine helps with that discipline part and it's kinda like when I quit smoking... I was READY... and I'm there about my fitness now.... back and bi's today done

Fountain of Youth yoga yesterday (it was ok... short and sweet) leg and back today... upped my lunges to using 25 db's but I think I might go up again next week and see what happens, upped my pullup count as well.... my sister and her husband will be joining us for the round of insanity, I will try to get her to join in here so we can all be miserable together LOL

Still kicking strong.... I took monday off due to a sunburn but did CST tues, Plyo Wed, B&B thurs, Cardio Intervals Fri and today did last months one on one 4 legs on one leg... was a really nice change of pace from the p90x legs workout.... Next week is recovery week and then phase 3 begins.... In my one on one video I just got it says next month will be a preview of the making of the next p90x... can't wait for that and the other day I found out Shaun T is working on a new program which I believe is called Insanity Asylum.... All kinds of good stuff to keep us going... Hope your doing well Greg
