Ok chest and back today... i used the push up stands and a pull up bar... couldn't even do one pull up on my own, what a shame.... I can really tell a difference in the push ups with the stands.... I did have to skip ARX for time but will do it tonight after work... Definitely feels like a day ONE LOL

It is amazing how much strenght it takes to do 1 pullup, don't sewat it you will be able to do a few before long. I started out only able to do 1 and can get 15 to 20 now.

Shoulders and arms is done, really nice to use dumbbells and see the weights I was using, I feel it gives me a better handle on my "progress"

Totoaly agree, weights are the way to go if you have the money and the room. But better to use bands then to do nothing at all, thye will give you a good workout.

Congrats on Round 2 Glen. Sounds like it's really going well. I agree that it's easier to measure progress with the weight. When I started I wasn't able to do a single wide grip pull-up either - now I can do 3-5 in the first round, but I'm too spent to get any out when you get to round two of chest and back. lol
Greg - Good luck on your run. Kick some ass!!

Man the weights and the pull ups are both giving me that extra I need this round to keep me "motivated" I think I'll see some great results by the end of this round.... this morning my unheated workout room was 42 degrees, brrrr, so I threw on sweats and knocked out chest and back... The old me would have used that as an excuse but not anymore
