Wooo, Day one complete! There was only a few things I couldnt do and a few that I could only do a couple of. Im sure I will see improvements. Getting through the whole video (or at least attempting it) was a huge improvement over my practice week day one. I need a shower

I must say Im feeling great! Im sore of course, But I just feel good. I helped a friend move yesterday then played pingpong until I could no longer bend over to pick up the ball, I really thought my quads would feel even worse today when I woke up but they are feeling pretty good!

Plenty of sleep and high protein make the muscle recover quicker. Don't go all Rambo on this even though you feel pretty good, walk before you run grasshopper, lol.

Thanks bro! Im so pumped! Im getting ready for bed here in a bit and I must say that cottage cheese and yogurt is so much better than cottage cheese and..well more cottage cheese!

LOL, yea its one of my favorite meals of the day. Mixed togeather it tastes great and has a good texture.

Day two done! It was hard to do cardio x, I did wake up today pretty so, bt felt alot better once I got stretched out. Eating breakfast and I have a friend coming over for about an hours worth of ping pong before work!

That is the correct info listed there...0 0 0 0 0 0 Most spices have 0 effect on the food. Spices have little to no calories and 0 fat. If its a glaze or a sauce that is usualy different...
