When they have to go so far as to make the turkey bacon multi-colored so it looks like bacon, you just have to wonder. The best replacement is something entirely different, instead of a poor replication.

I was just having a conversation with folks about turkey bacon and sausage not being any better than pork. Yes, read and compare the labels.

Sorry I havnt been around, Been so busy with work ive been slacking. Its been easier to grab some food at work then follow a nutrition plan. I hope to fix this soon

Okay back seems to be holding up and I have dialed my sparkpeople info back in, I just need to find the right foods and recipes to stay where I need to be. Todays that last day for my normal foods and Im ready to give it another go.

Hey guys, went to the Drs. and they are going to be giving me pain blocker shots for my 4 discs. I have been trying to stick to a cleaner diet and im feeling alot better. Hopefully I will be pushing play after the shots. but until then I will be eating better and doing a lot of stretching.

After I typed that last message I said screw it, and pushed play now... I only made it through about 30 minutes of Core syn, but at least its something... Im still sweating and its a start again....god I hope I can make it through this time

Woo Im sore today!! Plus I woke up a lot last night with a killer headache, could be sinuses or the lack of caffeine yesterday, Im used to an energy drink or two and an iced mocha latte every day. Yesterday morning all I had was a 5 hour energy and water the rest of the day. Im still motivated and getting ready for Cardio X. Im also picking up a mountain bike from a friend this week that I plan on riding a few miles after work every night. On a side note, the wife and I are moving to Cleveland in Jan. I wonder if any of those Browns fans will accept a Steelers fan in the presence. I guess it would be safer not to hang my Steelers Flag outside

Great to see you still with it! The bike is a great idea, I use a good exercise bike in the pm on days I lift, that gets rid of about 600 more calories per week for me. Haha I think your right. I fought my way through cardio x. It wasnt pretty but it really let me know where I was sore from yesterday and now the headache is back. Im still motivated though and I think Im hear to stay this time!! (famous last words)
