Thanks Greg I will try to get it higher, Im trying to stay consistent on everything but my work schedule screws me up. I work at 4pm one day, 2pm the next then 10am the day after. Its tough but next week starts my real workouts and diet so I will try to dial it in better. This week has been a good practice week Oh and I cooked up 20 0z of chicken then split it in half, my first me was great. The one I had today(leftovers) was so dry after I out it in the Microwave.... Any suggestions on this?

A) Becarful not to over cook it, it will keep cooking from internal heat for about 5 minutes off the stove. B) sprinkle a bit of water on the chicken before you nuke it. C) eat it cold...lol

Ok So I am taking a rest day tomorrow (not really a rest have to help someone move then play about 2 hours of ping pong) and then Im going to start the program on tuesday. I know its a day short and I wont be doing Kenpo x this practice week, but If I start the program Tuesday it lines up well with my schedule. Should I start a new Jimmy vs. P90x tab since it will now be the real deal?
